Centra Newbliss, – Shop Retrofit Project
- Monaghan
This project involved a full retrofit of the shop layout at Centra Newbliss. As part of the upgrade, we completed a full rewire of both the shop floor and the post office.
All works were carefully planned and executed while the store remained fully operational, ensuring minimal disruption to daily trade.
CitizenM – Landlord Fit-Out Electrical Package
- Dublin
This project was completed for PMK (Moy), where we undertook the full labour-only electrical package for the landlord fit-out.
The project has been recognised as a finalist in Commercial Project of the Year 2026.
Keelings Flowers - Full electrical Fit-Out
- Dublin
This project was completed for PMK (Moy) on a full labour-only package.
The scope of works covered multiple areas across the facility, including office blocks, canteen, grow house, refrigeration units, and a large warehouse space. We carried out a complete electrical fit-out, incorporating smoke alarm systems and AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) controls.
The project also involved extensive work at height, requiring strict adherence to safety procedures throughout.
The job was delivered to a high standard and went on to be recognised with Commercial Project of the Year
Eli Lilly and Company – Cold Storage Fit-Out Project
- Limerick
This project was completed for PMK (Moy) on a full labour-only package.

JMW Farms – Multi-Site Agricultural Projects
- UK & Ireland
We delivered a range of large-scale electrical and mechanical projects for JMW Farms across the UK and Ireland, supporting modern pig farming operations.
Our scope of work included generator installations, full electrical rewires, and the fit-out of feed kitchens (both wet and dry systems). We also completed heating and ventilation systems, ensuring optimal environmental conditions for livestock.
All works were carried out in live agricultural settings, requiring careful coordination and an understanding of working safely and efficiently within active livestock environments.
Projects were consistently completed to a high standard, meeting both operational and welfare requirements.
